These beautiful and playful feather ear cuffs are designed to bring out the avatar in you! They are just perfect to boho brighten any outfit and avail in three gorgeous colors combinations.
The setting for the ear cuff is brass and it will fit most ears as you can easily slightly bend and shape it around your ear. They are light and painless to wear. The cuff comes under the ear and sits in the bottom earlobe which keeps it effortlessly in place. I have worn mine to festivals and danced around and they stay on really well.
I made the cuff, chain and signature Warriors Wing (that hangs from the earlobe) in brass because personally I like the more antique look. When you get the cuffs they will be shinier, but it will only take a few weeks for them to looker duller and more antique looking. If you prefer the shiner, more gold look of brass you can always polish it up with some brass cleaner to keep it that way.
The rooster feathers are sourced directly from traditional Balinese Ceremonies for the Balinese people. In these ceremonies the animal is honored and accelerated to the higher world by a high priest for their sacrifice to the underworld spirit.
Please note, the feathers will not be exact as the picture as the feathers are always different although we attempt to make them as similar as possible to the picture. We will not accept returns on these earring due to colors not being exact. If you are concerned please message customer service to ask for a photo prior to purchasing.
These earrings are made by cottage industry workers in Ubud. These earrings are produced fairly and around the daily needs of the maker's family first.

Care Instructions:
The earrings are made of precious materials (brass) that interact and change with the environment. Do wear it as much as you want and if you would like your cuffs to last longer then avoid being a mermaid whilst wearing. Water, ocean, shower, hairspray and sweating (workouts, running, dancing etc.) will cause the brass to tarnish. Of course you should also avoid the water for the longevity of the feathers. They are delicate and should be stored laying flat (free of clutter) in order to keep their shape or avoid being bent and broken. Wash in fresh water if you get get them wet and then make sure you dry completely. Store in cool and dry sacred space.
If this item is available for pre-order, you can generally expect your order to be crafted and delivered within a timeframe of 2 to 14 weeks from the date of your order. In some cases, it may even arrive sooner if possible. To clarify, when an item is available for pre-order, it means that we have either already placed the order and it's currently in process or it will be ordered on the next available order date, which is the 1st of each month. Typically, it takes 4-7 weeks from the order date for the items to be completed. If you'd like a more specific estimate for your particular kimono, please feel free to email us.
