Order Cancellations: For in stock items we must be notified within 24 hours of an order being placed to cancel and refund your order. After this time frame it is likely your order has been packed and shipped and we are unable to reroute your package. For pre-order items, we must be notified within 48 hours in order to cancel and refund your order. This is due to the scheduling of our production cycle and ensuring we can have the fastest delivery possible for all of our customers.
Returns: All purchases will only be accepted for unworn, unaltered, unwashed products with all original tags attached. Sale items including Beautiful Disaster items are final sale and non-refundable.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order and must be received by us within 14 days. If the item is deemed faulty, we will reimburse you for the return postage cost via PayPal or store credit. Otherwise, return postage must be paid for by the customer.
Normal returns will be refunded in full minus any Bali customs charges (up to 45% of item cost). Customers may enter a value between $39-$69 to attempt to avoid these charges. However, we cannot guarantee success. All custom charges are the customer's responsibility, and if refused, our company will pay them as the package will be delivered to us. Refunds will be issued for the item cost minus customs fees and original shipping cost.
Exchanges: If items are exchanged, customers must pay for return postage, customs fees, and full postage of the exchange item. Customs fees for returns to Bali are typically up to 45% of the total cost of the product, and customers must pay these charges. To attempt to avoid customs charges, customers can enter a value of $39-69 on items. All custom charges are the customer's responsibility. If there are no customs fees, the exchange will be calculated at the original cost of the item ($379 in this example), then $35 for postage. If there is a difference in price for the exchange item, customers will be refunded/invoiced the difference.
