Pre-Orders
What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Orders are made for items which are currently out of stock and will be added to our next earliest production cycle. As we produce our garments by hand and in small runs in our Bali Painting House, this is often the best way to ensure you can reserve your items in our next production cycle.
Items listed for pre-order will be displayed on our website with a 'pre-order' button on the product page. Please note, for some products different variants may be in stock while other variants will be pre-order. Once added to cart, items on pre-order will be labelled as pre-order on the cart page underneath the product title. If items are on pre-order within your cart, our website will ask you to confirm pre-order items before checking out.
We cannot refund or cancel orders placed on pre-order if we are not notified of cancellation within 48 hours of your order being placed. This is due to the scheduling of our production cycle and ensuring we can have the fastest delivery possible for all of our customers.
How long does it take?
- Viscose Items: 3 - 16 weeks
- Silk Items: 3 - 12 weeks
- Other Items: 3 - 12 weeks
- Jewelry: 1 - 4 weeks
This depends on where your item is in our production cycle. In all cases, we will do our best to have your product ready as soon as possible, and it will be shipped right away once it's ready.
If you place an order for in stock and pre-order items, we are able to ship your order separately in two shipments. You will see an option during checkout for 'Two Parcel Shipping', please select this if you would like the in stock items in your order to be shipped right away and your pre-order items shipped when ready.
If your item is on pre-order, you are first in line to receive your items. If there are any delays in production, which is rare, we will be proactive in informing you.

CLOSURE, LIQUIDATION & FINAL PRE-ORDER NOTICE
Warriors of the Divine is currently in the process of closing and liquidating its remaining inventory. Please read the following conditions carefully before placing your order.
LIQUIDATION & SALE ITEMS
All purchases made during our closing liquidation are FINAL SALE.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale, clearance or liquidation items. Please ensure that you have selected the correct item, size and colour before completing your purchase.
FINAL ANGEL WING PRE-ORDERS
In response to significant customer demand, Warriors of the Divine has opened one final, limited pre-order opportunity for selected Angel Wing pieces before the business closes.
All pre-order purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Pre-order pieces are anticipated to be produced within approximately 4–8 weeks; however, sometimes production can take up to 12 weeks. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this production timeframe.
Customers are responsible for the full applicable shipping costs associated with their order. Shipping will be calculated and charged through the website at checkout.
HAND-PAINTED ITEMS & QUALITY CONTROL
Our Angel Wings are individually hand-painted and handmade. As a result, slight variations in painting, colour, placement and finish may naturally occur and are part of the individual character of these pieces.
Every pre-order piece will be inspected prior to dispatch.
If we determine that an item has an imperfection significant enough to classify it as a “Beautiful Disaster,” we will contact you prior to shipment and the applicable 15% Beautiful Disaster discount will be provided.
If your order is dispatched without such notification, this means the item has been inspected and determined by Warriors of the Divine to meet our standard for full-quality merchandise.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these final-sale, pre-order, shipping and handmade-product conditions.
