Priestess Cuff
Warriors of the Divine

Let’s talk human ethics first.
This is made by cottage industry jewelry workers in Ubud. These cuff is produced fairly and around the daily needs of the makers family first. Pak Nyoman and his wife Yoga are the jewelers behind the production of the cuff, so know that you are supporting a beautiful Balinese families income with this purchase.
Inspired by my travels to Egypt, this cuff holds the vibration of the PRIESTESS - the one who marries herself first to the betterment of the universe. It is thought in ancient times priestesses wore two gold bracelets ( one on each wrist ) to symbolize their status as a priestess. The brass component of the cuff has VULTURE wings that adorn the back of the wrists - this is for the embodiment of the vulture goddess Nekhbet ( an Upper Egypt Goddess of protection & transformation - linked to death and birth ) and also the two other winged goddesses - the falcon goddesses ISIS and MAAT. The crescent moon, especially when paired with the High Priestess, embodies the power of the divine feminine, emphasizing intuition, inner wisdom, and the ability to connect with the subconscious mind, magic and miracles.
Care Instructions:
The cuff is made of precious materials ( brass, White sea shell ) that interact and change with the environment. Do wear it as much as you want and if you would like your cuff to last longer then avoid being a mermaid with ring (water, ocean, shower) and sweating (workouts, running etc.). Of course you should avoid the water completely for the longevity. Polish with a polishing cloth or brass cleaner ( we recommend ‘Brasso’ ) to maintain the shiny gold look or don’t polish at all if you prefer the brass antique look better. The cuff will naturally darken and tarnish without polishing. Wash in fresh water if you get it wet and then make sure you dry completely. Store in cool and dry sacred space.
